Our rubber roof installation process

How we work

We begin to remove the existing substrate(Existing Roof)
We then inspect the condition of roof joist repair/replace if necessary
We then install 18mm tongue and groove osb board
Prepare the substrate for the installation of the Rubber membrane so that theres no snags of proud nails that can tear the membrane.
Then lay membrane, fold in half, glue one half of substrate roll out the membrane using a soft brush to brush out air bubbles and repeat process for the other half
Fix trims around the edges.
Then we clear away any rubbish and make sure you the customer is happy
