Our roofing installation process
How we work
- We begin to remove the existing substrate(Existing Roof)
- We then inspect the condition of roof joist repair/replace if necessary
- We then install 18mm tongue and groove osb board
- Prepare the substrate for the installation of the fibreglass roof system by installing fibreglass trims, cutting fibreglass matting to size and then clean roof
- Then we mix resin with catalyst and apply to matting remember to use the bubble buster to remove air gaps to get a true adhesion to the osb.
- Once the resin is dried we then sand down any areas that need to be and apply the UV resistant top coat.
- Then we clear away any rubbish and make sure you the customer is happy
