The old welsh slate had become tired and began leaking and causing damp issues within the property, the leadwork had also become tired and had split several places.
We stripped the back to the rafters and refelted with a breather membrane. We then fix 2x1 battens. We then loaded the roof out with concrete tiles we used tile bumper hoist to get the tiles on the roof.
New lead flashings, soakers and aprons where installed.
We installed a dry ridge kit along with dry verge system.
