This Garden Room roof had been installed incorrectly which led to leaking and causing damage internally.
We removed the felt and water damaged boards revealing the roof joists. We then installed osb 3 18mm T&G boards. We then installed new fascia and guttering then continued to install the GRP Trims.
We rolled out the matting and cut to size. We then began to apply the grp resin roof system. Once the resin had cured we then sanded areas that required sanding and finished off by applying the fibreglass resin topcoat.
We then clear the site of all waste materials and disposed of them at Ace Skips at Catlows Yard Morecambe.
